One of the best locations in sunny Poipu Beach Kauai, Nihi Kai Villas Resort is just steps away from the Poipu shoreline and a little over 300 yards to world-famous body surfing Brennecke’s Beach and Poipu Beach Park. The plantation style architecture at this small island oasis by the sea is surrounded by swaying palms, tropical flowers, fruit trees, orchids, and mature plumeria trees accented by well manicured lawns.
PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.
The Parrish Collection is a locally owned and based real estate management company that specializes in vacation rentals on Kauai and Maui. This is a great property in a fantastic location. The unit is well appointed and clean. We were able to take a short walk to Poipu Beach and use the snorkel gear. All we were missing was an umbrella. There was plenty of free parking nearby. Wifi was a bonus.A highlight was watching the spinner dolphins from the lanai each morning.We had trouble with some of the external doors being stiff, which was rectified very quickly.Prior to check in, little information was provided on how to access the property, or where on the property the unit was. I had to search online for a map to find our unit in the complex and the closest car park. It would have been good to have this in an email before arrival.

Overall property was great and we would stay there again! Could not beat the location and the views. House was clean but wasn’t as spotless as other properties we’ve stayed in. Washer and dryer is a combo machine and it did not dry clothing even if they were in there for 2 hours, so we just hung them up to dry. Kitchen is very limited on utensils and cookware but doable for small meals. They were very easy to communicate with and helped us with check in when we couldn’t find the property upon a late night arrival after dark. Some beach supplies provided but limited.

The condo was clean with a nice view of the water. It was only a short walk to the beach. When we ran into a difficulty with the clothes dryer the response from maintenance was quick.
