Enjoy your beach vacation in Castiglione della Pescaia, right on the beach and just a few minutes’ walk from the pedestrian zone of the picturesque Tuscan old town! The apartment is accessible by car directly via Via Vittorio Veneto through an automated entrance gate, as well as on foot via the promenade and the sandy beach.
On the stretch of beach directly adjacent to the apartment, there is both a free sandy beach and the option to rent a lounge chair and umbrella (“classic” Italian lido).
In front of the apartment is a front yard with private parking and an outdoor shower, as well as a spacious terrace with a seating area and a dining table for up to 8 people. Both are for your exclusive use.
From the terrace, you enter the kitchen-living room, which features a couch, a dining table, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee and espresso machines, a ceramic cooktop, and a large refrigerator with a separate freezer. From the kitchen-living room, you’ll find one of the double bedrooms (1.80 x 2 m), as well as a living room with a very comfortable double sofa bed. A hallway leading to the two shower rooms takes you to another bedroom, which also features a large double bed (1.80 x 2 m).
All rooms, with the exception of the small bathroom, have windows and thus benefit from natural light. Your accommodation, which is equipped with everything you need for 6 people, includes satellite TV, and you can connect to the private, free Wi-Fi. You also have access to your own washing machine in an additional storage room near the terrace.
All rooms, with the exception of the bathrooms, are air-conditioned.
There are many advantages for families: for example, you don’t have to cross any streets on the way to the beach, the water is very shallow for the first few meters, and there’s a large playground right on the beach promenade next to the apartment.
This apartment has something for everyone: sunbathing on the beach, splashing around in the water, relaxing on the terrace, strolling through town and shopping, enjoying culinary adventures at the city’s many excellent restaurants, or having drinks at the bars along the beach promenade.
