The Sand Dollar II Building is undergoing a property-wide restoration project from mid-August 2025 till projected completion in March 2026. During this time, we are offering discounted rates on reservations. Please be advised that there will be construction activity, with impacts varying by unit/timeframe. View was nice, first floor was convenient. Kitchen equipment was great except no pot for the coffee maker and we had to buy a coffee maker. Unit was not clean. Not vacuumed, under beds dirty and items left. Carpets/rugs need to be deep cleaned, lots of stains. Needs to be painted, marks in walls and baseboard. Many ceiling lights out in bathroom, some had strobe effect. Management delivered a vacuum days into our 2 week stay which was nice. We were told there was construction on the upper floors but was on our floor also and the pool was closed due to the work. Other pools available, just inconvenient. Knowing the work will be done next year and the building will look great took the sting out of this year.

This property was clean, spacious, and just as pictured. Great views and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen made for a relaxing stay.
