We've stayed in Woodpecker and others on this site before. It's good for Norwich, about 20 miles from Cromer, Sheringham etc. So if you're prepared to travel a bit, it's well placed for those north
Norfolk coast resorts.
The flat is comfortable, roomy and well-equipped.
The bed - either a twin or a king size - is the only point of contention. When joined together in a Kingsize, the mattresses still move apart, and you find yourself falling down the middle canyon.

Well equipped holiday flat. Very clean and comfortable. Adequate number of parking bays for the complex. A resteraunt, takeaways & 2 shops are in walking distance. Access to a woodland walk via a gate in the complex.
Accommodation is in a good location for visiting Norfolk's attractions.
Remember to pack a hairdryer.
