House with 4 bedrooms in a haven of peace in the heart of Les Mathes.
For a quiet stay with family or friends (sleeps 12 people + 1 cot), tastefully decorated, fully equipped, bright and spacious house in the heart of the Mathes opening onto its terrace and a private grassy and enclosed green setting.
It is composed of:
-An entrance with dressing room/wardrobe, a toilet and a pantry equipped with a fridge/freezer, a wine cellar, a washing machine and a dryer.
- Living room: large sofa and armchairs, television, stereo, box systems.
- Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room: oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer, induction hob, toaster, kettle, food processor, raclette machine, fondue set and other appliances that will make your meals as pleasant as possible... cleaning kit
Upstairs:
-Bathroom1: double sink and cupboard, shower, bathtub
-Toilets.
The night area has 4 bedrooms:
1 Master suite with 1 king size bed 180x200 and a private bathroom with shower, sink and storage cupboard
1 queen size master bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, dressing room
2 bedrooms with each: 1 bunk bed with 2 beds in a 140x 200 bed, dressing room, desk
Very good quality bedding.
Duvets, pillows, sheets and towels provided and put in place upon arrival.
The outside is a haven of peace: Large shaded tiled terrace with table and 12 chairs for meals with family or friends. Bench, deckchairs, brazier for aperitifs worthy of holiday aperitifs. Barbecue, all isolated in a large wooded park, enclosed and isolated from prying eyes to spend your holidays quiet and quiet. Parking and electric gate.
Dogs allowed.
Many options such as bike rental, finish races etc...
Beach 4 kms away accessible by the cycle path. Various shops nearby (on foot): bakery, mini-market, butcher, market, post office...
Weekly rental from 4 pm (arrival) to 10 am maximum (departure).

Wonderful property, area, excellent communication and check in, a really 100% lovely stay. Beaches fantastic and had a lovely time. Property was beautiful and just what we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt that the house worked really well for everyone, including teens, grandparents and our dog. Communication with Valerie was very easy and we were met on arrival and shown round.
The house has an extremely well equipped kitchen and the utility room with extra fridge was useful.
The pool and large outdoor space are fantastic, well equipped and the garden is completely enclosed so great for our dog.
Les Mathes is quite quiet but has an excellent food festival every Friday in Summer. We particularly liked the food markets and Praline & Bergamot patisserie in Tremblade, well worth a visit. Overall a great chilled out holiday and exactly what we needed!

We had a great week. The communication beforehand and the welcoming and helpful reception by Valerie were excellent. The house and garden are beautiful and fully equipped. Everything was there for a lovely holiday, for all ages. We certainly hope to come back again!
