I stayed at Napier Heritage Hotel in Fort Kochi for two weeks with my 10 years old son and truly felt the warmth of a family-run place. The staff were very responsive and kind, and the location was amazing — everything was walkable for us. It’s simple, comfortable, and full of heart. If you’re looking for that genuine family feeling in Fort Kochi, this is the best option. I would definitely return.

Terrible room, no natural light at all, no space to open a large suitcase except on the bed.
Great location, centrally located in Fort Kochi.
