This neighborhood boasts walking trails, playgrounds and access to the beach of the James River, which can be seen from the deck. First floor living with a microwave, mini frig, basic utensils and plates, a Keurig, guest wifi and a smart TV give you all the comforts of home. High-quality linens await you, with extra blankets and pillows for your comfort.
Minutes from the property you'll find Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, Colonial Williamsburg, Harris Teeter, several local and chain restaurants, many public golf courses and much more.

Great room and stay and wonderful hosts.

Room was lovely and exactly as advertised. There was some confusion with check-in, as the numbering schema at the property is a bit unconventional. Our welcome message contained the property address, unit number, and WiFi password, which all shared the same three digits. Our host was responsive and helpful and the issue was resolved quickly. Not sure if it’s an ongoing issue, but throughout our stay the property was very noisy late at night and early in the morning. Something akin to a laundromat full of lopsided washers spinning for hours on end upstairs. Regardless, we would absolutely stay at the property again!
