Calle Ocho’s restaurants, cafes, bars and cultural attractions are nearby, while Brickell’s dining, nightlife and business district are just minutes away. Downtown Miami, the Miami River, loanDepot park, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Miami International Airport and Miami Beach are also within convenient reach.

THE SPACE
Casa Alaïa is a private 5-bedroom, 3-bath Miami home designed for families and larger groups, with comfortable indoor gathering spaces and a private tropical backyard with a pool and hot tub.
The guest space occupies the main portion of a triplex property. A separate residential unit is located toward the rear of the property and is separated from the guest area by a 6-foot privacy fence. The backyard, pool, hot tub and all outdoor areas shown in the listing photos are exclusively for your group.

The main level includes:
• Bedroom 1: Queen bed
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Twin-over-full bunk bed
• 2 full bathrooms
• Large living room with sectional sofa
• 60-inch Smart TV
• Full kitchen
• Indoor dining area
Two of the downstairs bedrooms also have Smart TVs.
UPSTAIRS
The upstairs is accessed internally and includes:
• Bedroom 4: Two full beds and one bunk bed
• Bedroom 5: Three full beds
• 1 full bathroom
One upstairs bedroom also has a Smart TV.
OUTDOOR SPACE
The private backyard is surrounded by tropical landscaping and reserved exclusively for your group.
The outdoor space includes:
• 10' x 20' private pool, approximately 4 feet deep
• Private hot tub with jets, lights and adjustable temperature up to 104°F

• Propane barbecue grill

The main kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, refrigerator/freezer, stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, glasses and mugs.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Smart TVs are located in the main living room and select bedrooms.

• Reasonable daytime visitors are permitted as long as the total number of people at the property remains within the maximum occupancy, all house rules are followed, and the gathering is not a party or event.
• Parties, receptions and events are prohibited.

• Guests are responsible for respecting the surrounding residential neighborhood and applicable local noise regulations.
POOL & HOT TUB SAFETY
• There is no lifeguard on duty.
• Guests use the pool and hot tub at their own risk.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• No diving.
• No glass is permitted in or around the pool or hot tub.
AIR CONDITIONING
• Please keep all exterior doors closed while the air conditioning is running.
• Leaving doors open can affect the performance of the AC system and may cause the units to freeze.
PLUMBING
• Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilets.
• Do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products or any other items.
TRASH
• Please place all trash in the designated property receptacles.
• Our maintenance team handles municipal collection logistics.
ROUTINE EXTERIOR SERVICE
Routine exterior vendors may access outdoor areas during scheduled service windows for pool service, landscaping, trash collection or other property maintenance.
These teams do not enter the home without prior notice except in an emergency.
EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS
Exterior security cameras are located around the exterior of the property for property protection, safety, access oversight and house-rule enforcement.
There are no cameras inside the home or in guest living or sleeping areas.
Cameras are not routinely or continuously monitored. Recorded footage is generally reviewed only when reasonably necessary to investigate property damage, safety or security incidents, suspected house-rule violations, access issues or guest/neighbor complaints.
CLEANING
The property is professionally cleaned, reset and inspected between every guest stay.

Ice is not provided or guaranteed.

• Please take all personal belongings with you at checkout.
• If an item is left behind, we will check with our team and make reasonable efforts to locate it. Return shipping may be available at the guest’s expense.

I highly recommend staying here for large parties!! This house was very spacious and had everything we needed for our weekend in Miami. It’s pretty close to the main areas of Miami so you don’t have to travel too far to any area. The backyard was our favorite part! It was so cute and felt like we were in an oasis. The house was very clean and had enough bed space and towels for our group of 18 people. There also is a Publix 3 minutes away so we were easily able to get groceries for the house. The host was very attentive and communicative throughout the whole booking process. Can’t recommend this house enough!

The house overall looks as described, but definitely could use some updating and better basic amenities. We didn’t have enough sheets, so we let the host know and they said to just look in cabinets which we already had. The outside area was also a mess from a recent storm- pool wasn’t clean, branches and leaves everywhere, furniture was dirty. I asked the host if we could have someone come out and at least leaf blow since we planned on using the backyard a lot, but didn’t get a response. While the place lacks some basic amenities (ex. pool towels, dish towels, paper towels), it’s really cute and eclectic and overall a good value. It would be great with some updates and more amenities available. We had a group of 12 and I wouldn’t recommend any more than that. The location was good but know that it is not private at all, the backyard is surrounded by 3 other houses and we did notice some curiosity from neighbors. Overall I would recommend but just keep in mind if you’re looking for a luxury stay this might miss a few things you’re looking for.
