The condo is extremely close to the campus of Notre Dame. The host was excellent at communicating. We were in town for a ND summer camp and this condo worked perfectly.

Great location. Perfect for attending football games. Easy walk to the stadium.

The location is amazing—a quick walk to campus, baseball, softball, lacrosse, or football fields! A convenience store is walking distance, as are several restaurants and The Linebacker Bar! There is also a really good smoothie shop. The room was recently remodeled and spacious. It has everything you need to have a comfortable stay and enjoy the town of South Bend! The beds were SUPER comfy!!! Doug was super responsive and available! We would stay again.

There was a horrible odor that started at the front door and went all through the living room
It appeared to have either come from the dishwasher line or the sewer line. The owner needs to look into it for the next tenants.
