The villa is located 300 meters above sea level on the golf course Salobre Golf overlooking the golf course and the mountains. It is the perfect location, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of the south of the island.

Upstairs is 1 double bedroom, access to the terrace, en-suite shower room, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom with bath and shower. On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 living room with dining area and 1 kitchen.

The house has two sun loungers and no more are provided.



The outdoor area



The outdoor area has a terrace, sun beds, garden and parking. There is also a common area for the Morro Golf complex with a terrace, sunbeds, outdoor shower and communal pool with electric pool heating (01.10 - 31.05.).



IMPORTANT NOTICE: The construction of a new set of villas behind the Golfers complex has started a few months ago. The construction works with heavy machinery should be finished in December 2022, although there may be temporary obstacles that may cause a delay. The house is located in a beautiful complex on the golf course Salobre Golf. Two 18-hole golf courses invite players to improve their skills in the sun. The resort also has a Sheraton hotel, restaurants and a supermarket.
