PARKING AND ACCESSIBILITY

Angled pull-off driveway, up to 3 vehicles. Approximately 7 steps to front porch. Lock car doors - local black bears are known to open them!



MOUNTAIN ROAD AND WINTER CONDITIONS

Paved road with some winding, moderately steep sections. 4-wheel drive and/or chains required in winter due to snow and ice. No refunds for weather or road conditions. Travel insurance strongly recommended.



MOUNTAIN WILDLIFE

Nestled in the Smoky Mountains - you may encounter ladybugs (Asian lady beetles) seasonally. We treat and clean regularly.

Travel Insurance: Strict cancellation policy applies - travel insurance is strongly encouraged.



**Essentials Provided: Starter pack of paper products, shampoo, conditioner, and soaps for your first night. Bring additional supplies for the rest of your stay.

**Water: City water supplied - bottled water recommended.

**Age Requirement: Booking guest must be 25 or older and present for the entire stay.

**Early Check-in and Late Check-out: Available for $20/hour, subject to cleaning schedule.

The resort road is paved with some winding sections. Quiet neighborhood with enforced quiet hours.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is required. The cabin is located on a mountain road in Eagles Springs Resort. 4-wheel drive recommended in winter months. Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg are all within 10-30 minutes by car.

QUIET HOURS

This is a quiet residential mountain neighborhood. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Absolutely NO parties are permitted.

GUEST COUNT AND PRICING

Our base nightly rate shown on Google or other platforms reflects the lowest seasonal price and may vary based on dates, demand, and length of stay. Final pricing is always shown before you complete your booking.



Your reservation includes accommodations for up to 4 guests. Additional guests beyond 4 are charged a per-person fee, similar to hotel pricing. To ensure accurate pricing, please confirm that your total guest count and dates are correct before completing your reservation.



Reservations cancelled due to incorrect guest counts or overlooked pricing adjustments are subject to the standard cancellation policy. Please note that credit card processing fees are non-refundable, as these fees are charged at the time of booking and are not returned in the event of a cancellation.
