🗑️ Trash bags for each can & a few laundry sheets.
☕ Ground coffee or coffee pods & dish towel(s).
🛀 One full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person.

🚗 PARKING & ACCESS:
One (1) car per reservation may park in the Garage (or in yellow-lined spots across from the gift shop if the Garage is full) using the pass found in the unit.
Additional cars incur a $20 daily fee and must park in white-lined spaces with the attendant on duty.
Elevators: Convenient access throughout the building.

Dining: Walk to Crabby Bill’s, Slyce Pizza, PJ’s Oyster Bar, or Lighthouse Donuts. Tons of restaurants and live entertainment nearby.
Explore: Bike and boat rentals are available on-site. A coastal trolley stops nearby to take you up and down the coast for a minimal fee.

❄️ AC/Heat: All 3 thermostats must be set to the same mode (either all Heat or all Cool) to function properly.

To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, this property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. This policy applies to the entire interior of the unit, the balcony, and all common areas within the community. Evidence of smoking/vaping will result in a minimum $500 deep-cleaning fee. 🌊✨
📝 RENTAL AGREEMENT & PAYER REQUIREMENTS:
If someone else is paying for your stay, their name and email must be added to the booking, and THE PAYER MUST SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. Only the authorized payer may sign the rental agreement. Your check-in instructions will be automatically sent at 3PM on your arrival day, PROVIDED THE PAYER HAS SIGNED THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.
🕒 EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY:
Because we have a high volume of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting an early check-in. Should the unit be available earlier, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee.
Please note that this unit is self-check-in. This is an individually owned condo. There is no front desk or other location that can provide luggage storage should you arrive early. Due to liability, luggage cannot be stored in the unit before check-in.
🚨 STRICT NO REFUND POLICY (PLEASE READ):
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds for health conditions, weather, water conditions (such as Red Tide or cold water), or transportation issues like flight cancellations.
Hurricane Season (June 1 – Nov 30): There are no exceptions for the threat of an approaching Hurricane or for hurricane aftermath, including potential closures of restaurants, roads, beaches, pools, elevators, or loss of utilities. We strongly urge you to purchase "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) travel insurance through a 3rd party to protect your stay. Date changes are not guaranteed, but if allowed, are subject to a $50 fee plus any rate differences.

This is our third time staying at this property but first time staying in this unit. Everything was clean and as described. We love the water park and quick walk to the beach. Only concern was some of the beach equipment (umbrella) was old and bent but it was all free to use so I can’t complain. We loved watching the boats come in and out everyday and happy to have a table to eat outside along with a nice sitting area. Plenty of dishes and beach towels as well.

Great place and conveniently located to everything. You really don’t need to get in the car once you get there. Waterpark was great , everyone enjoyed it!

The location was great even though not on the beach, it was only 2 blocks away, beach and IRB area in general was not as busy like public beach points, no headache to try and find public parking, several restaurants within walking distance, easy drive to Clearwater or St Petersburg’s attractions, access to pool and Waterpark when tired of the beach sun. Easy checkin and checkout process. Room had everything we needed including beach toys and towels.

We had a great stay in this really nice unit. My only suggestion is that they update their beach towels - they were very thin and small even for my 10 year old. Thankfully we brought some of our own to use too. Otherwise no issues at all!The area is great with the beach, multiple restaurants and shops in walking distance. I have older kids so the water park didn’t keep them occupied very long with only two slides but it’s at least better than just a hotel pool. It was crowded being there on spring break but not overly so. Definitely would recommend if looking for a Florida beach vacation!
