This is an all-around amazing property, and the house was absolutely perfect for our getaway. It is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, so you really don't need to bring much of anything. The location right on the Rainbow River is unbeatable, allowing you to step straight into the water right from the property. Because the house is situated high enough up on the river, you can get right in and tube all day long, which was an absolute blast. We even saw some otters while we were out enjoying the water! It’s a wonderful, hassle-free property, and we will definitely be back.

Rainbow River is one of my favorite areas to paddle on. The water is crystal clear and clean from trash due to the strict plastic and alcohol rules. The house did not disappoint! Located halfway between KP Hole and Swampys you get the best of both! It was clean, spacious, and offered many "toys" so you can pack light. The management company was fanstastic to deal with. Very responsive to any pf our requests. I couldnt have asked for a better weekend!

Very quiet and secluded house with a great view of the river from the big screen in porch. The 3 bedroom house was perfect for our small group. Everyone had their own bedroom. Right after checking in we walked down to the river just in time to see a group of otters playing in the water. The fishing was also great, my son caught several bass from the bulkhead. All in all we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.
