Our host was very friendly and had great early on communication. The master bathroom is extra spacious!

The check in instructions were delayed in getting to us and I had to request that we needed them. Once we did receive them and we were trying to access the property, the keypad instructions were confusing. We were given an access code with instructions to press and hold down the "August' button on the keypad. We were unsure of what that was since there was nothing on the keypad that said 'August' We did press a button at the bottom of the keypad that had the lock brand name on it. It took several attempts but pressing that button finally worked. If the term 'August' on a keypad has a universal meaning, then are clearly uneducated about the term. After that we parked in the garage and used the garage door opener and that worked nicely

The entrance was a let down as there were weeds, dirty glass door and unkept porch. The house was generally clean as in floors, bathrooms, and bedding. But inside of cabinets were filled with crumbs, baseboards, mirrors, windows, sills, and baseboards were dirty. It was livable but had a general feeling of neglect. The host was congenial and prompt. Check in was easy. Although we didn't cook or do laundry, the appliances were new and clean.
