This was a great stat. We celebrated my dad turning 70. My 94 year old grandma could easily get around. There was enough room for my family. I especially enjoyed the fenced in backyard. Great location to local eateries within walking distance.

Cute accommodation (well decorated; all the necessary amenities; great outdoor space); excellent communication with owner. Loved that it was pet friendly. Location was far enough from Broadway to enjoy the peace and quite, yet close enough to enjoy the nightlife. We will plan to stay the next time we're in Nashville.

Clean home, awesome fenced in backyard, great location, nice neighborhood and had everything we needed for a great stay. We will definitely stay again next time we are in town.

Very cute and hospitable property! Animals are allowed. Downside was the beds and couches were COMPLETELY covered in dog hair. Area felt safe but is a drive from Gulch, 5 Points & Broadway. Everything else was awesome!
