The unit was clean. We did have an issue as there was no hot tub as indicated when we booked. We did receive a credit from the managing property.

This was our second time renting this unit. The unit is very clean which is my top reason for rebooking. The location is great, right across the street from the beach, and west of the busiest area of Gulf Shores. The building is quiet and no problem finding parking. The check in process was seamless. The 2 critiques I have are the secondary shower in the unit not draining well and the elevators in the building were out of order intermittently. None of this was a big problem for us on our trip and I still rate the unit 5 stars.
