There is also a daybed with trundle in its own niche at the front of the apartment, which sleeps two additional people. You will be walking distance to shopping, dining, galleries, entertainment, museums, and local parks, yet still be just minutes drive from the beautiful Ouachita National Forest, ATV trails, and lakes where you can enjoy fishing, boating, golfing, hiking, and 4-wheeling.
The loft is located directly above the Old Bank Antiques, with its own private entrance. The building is on the downtown parade route, and at different times of the year is also front and center for classic auto shows and festivals. The stairway to the apartment was built for ease in climbing, and the second story setting and large windows provide a panoramic view of the town and the Ouachita Mountains.
