Nestled in the heart of Sunrise Beach, Missouri, and perched at the 2.5mm of the Gravois Arm of the Lake of the Ozarks, Sunrise Retreat offers the perfect blend of rustic elegance and serene lakeside living. Complete with a private dock with excellent fishing, PWC & boat slip, expansive deck, sunroom w/ private hot tub, and spectacular views, Sunrise Retreat was designed for those who appreciate the beauty of nature and the comfort of home and invites you to a stay that promises relaxation, adventure, and unforgettable memories.

• Game table and games for endless entertainment during downtime

Room Layout
Sunrise Retreat offers a variety of sleeping options designed to maximize space and accommodate larger groups looking to enjoy time together at the lake.
On the main level, the primary bedroom features a king bed, lake views, and a private ensuite bathroom. This room also includes direct access to the sunroom and hot tub area.
Also on the main level are two queen bedrooms connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Each room includes a closet, dresser, and television, providing comfortable accommodations for additional guests.
On the lower level, there is a bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk bed, offering a great setup for kids or flexible sleeping arrangements.
In addition to the bedrooms, both living areas are equipped with multiple sleeper options to increase overall capacity. The main level living room includes a queen sofa sleeper and two convertible chairs that each fold out into twin beds. The lower level living room, with lake views, features a queen sofa sleeper, a convertible full sleeper, and an additional twin sleeper chair.
Please note that sleeping arrangements in the living areas are open-concept and do not provide the same level of privacy as the bedrooms.
A full bathroom with a single vanity, toilet, and shower is also located on the lower level for added convenience.
This layout makes Sunrise Retreat a great fit for groups who value gathering together and are comfortable utilizing a mix of private bedrooms and shared sleeping spaces.
Secure systems for guest & neighborhood safety:
• Video / Audio doorbell at entry.
• Decibel measuring devices inside and outside for noise control standards.
• Smart lock systems for timed guest access.
• Interior communication panel for Z Wave connection with locks and video doorbell - no video/audio on interior communication panel.

Getting There:
Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather. International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.
Cancellation Standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.

Great view of the lake. We loved the enclosed deck with hot tub. It was fall time & cool out so the fireplace was very relaxing with great heat. It felt like home. Car port was nice and large for 3 cars. We had a chance to meet the owners of this place & they are great people. We would definitely stay here again!! We had 12 people in our group with lots of room. We loved this place.

Check in was good no problems, overall kitchen was good and clean, the refrigerator was not put back together properly after cleaning from previous rental.

We had a great stay at the lake at sunrise retreat. The house was great and had everything that you need for a lake stay. There was plenty of parking, we had 3 trucks with trailers. We will be back
