The villa is carefully designed on two levels to offer space and privacy to all. The upper floor has two beautifully equipped bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and the main living areas, including a living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, you will find four additional bedrooms, two shared bathrooms, a cosy living room and access to a spacious outdoor terrace perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm breeze of Jávea.
The outdoor spaces are equally attractive, surrounding the villa to create a perfect connection between the interior and exterior. Guests can relax on the covered terrace and dining area next to the pool, lie down on the sunbeds by the pool, or gather around the modern outdoor kitchen and barbecue area with a table for 12 people, ideal for outdoor dinners under the stars. There is also a shaded seating area to rest comfortably and a covered ping-pong table, which will surely entertain both children and adults.
The villa offers total privacy and serenity, and is less than 10 minutes by car from the lively seafront promenade of Arenal, where you will find vibrant restaurants, bustling cafés and lots of fun. For added convenience, three excellent restaurants are within walking distance of the house, offering even more ways to savour the charm of Jávea.

1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.
2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €500 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.
3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract

The house was fantastic! We all loved the house, pool, location, outdoor kitchen etc.
You were so nice and service minded at the office when we picked up the key.

The house was very nice and well designed. Perfect for 3 families travelling together. We loved the outdoor kitchen. Very Quick and helpful respons from javea holidays team!
No water in outdoor kitchen.
Not enough hooks etc to hang wet towels in bathroom.
The hot water a bit on and of in shower.
Not place for 12 around table inside.
Would be great with more table/desks for working on laptop, in basement for example.
