D103 has tile floors throughout. The kitchen and bathrooms have black granite counters. There is a washer/dryer in the condo. Both bathrooms have stand up showers. There is AC in both bedrooms and living room. There are ceiling fans in all rooms. Enjoy dining on the lanai while watching sunset or a rousing game of pickleball.

The view and location could not be beat. The place was clean and the AC worked. We will definitely be back for sunshine. Leslie was so great to us and made us feel welcome from our first night.

This condo was perfect for a week stay. Kitchen was modern and plenty of cookware and dishes. Cabinets were well stocked. One of the burners in the stove didn't work - but we worked around it. Bathrooms were modern and roomy and bedrooms worked out well.
Bottom floor condo allowed us to wander outside all the time- to the park, to the beach, and to the pool. Amazing sunset views.
We used the beach gear often - thanks for having that available.
We look forward to coming back again!
