Its location is truly privileged: just a short walk from the sea and the main services, with a swimming pool shared only with two other villas, overlooking the unforgettable sunsets of Sardinia.
The real jewel of the house is the private veranda with sea view, framed by the iconic red rocks of Costa Paradiso and surrounded by a peaceful garden. It is the perfect place to start the day with a slow breakfast, enjoy dinner under the stars, or simply relax as the sun sets in a blaze of colors. An intimate, welcoming atmosphere ideal for both families and couples.

Bright living area with sofa, dining table, and fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, oven, hob, utensils, and cookware).
Two bedrooms: one double and one with two single beds, perfect for families or couples of friends.
Two modern bathrooms, both with showers, ensuring comfort and privacy.
The villa is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, satellite TV, small kitchen appliances, spacious interiors with direct outdoor access, and sun loungers for relaxing in the solarium. Outdoors, you will also find a private laundry area, barbecue, and an outdoor shower to enjoy after a swim.
