We are off a busy road so you will hear ambulances and motorcycles. We provide noise machines and large black out curtains to help with the noise! Please make sure your group is comfortable with the space. Just because we allow 16 does not mean your group will fit comfortable. Each group is different.
Check Out instructions
1. Beds - Please strip all used beds or leave them unmade. If you choose to strip the bed, place the sheets on the mattress or in the laundry basket (if provided).
2. Dishes - Ensure all dishes are washed. Running the dishwasher is perfectly acceptable; just make sure to remove any food from the dishes before starting it.
3. Trash - Gather and throw away all trash. Extra trash bags are located at the bottom of the trash can. Please leave any large boxes that are too big for the chute in the unit.
4. Refrigerator - Dispose of any leftover food in the refrigerator. Our cleaners will take any unopened food, beer, or water.
5. Towels (Optional but Appreciated) - If possible, please start a load of used towels in the washer. Use bleach and laundry detergent and run the washer on hot. ONLY WASH WHITE TOWELS, NOT the black make up towels.

We had a great stay at this newly renovated three-story condo! It was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had plenty of space for our group. The full kitchen and living area on the second floor made it easy for everyone to gather, while the bedrooms on the first and third floors provided privacy. We were in town for USA Volleyball Girls National Championship and having two families stay together worked out perfectly.
The host was very communicative and responsive throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The only downside was that the checkout process included more cleaning tasks than we’ve experienced at other Airbnb stays, especially considering there was also a cleaning fee. That said, it didn’t take away from an overall positive experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Absolutely perfect accommodations for our party of eight. I loved how each sleeping area had its own full bathroom. Location was exactly what we needed. Communication was prompt and helpful.

Loved this VRBO. Great location. Very clean. There were some ants but responded immediately and brought a pet and human friendly ant spray! Also, spent the time and effort to return a forgotten item which I really appreciate.

The place was OK. It could have been better though. Just some basic things that every place should have in my opinion. Not enough towels and was rags. Forces you to wash every other day. Not even any salt & pepper. forced to buy absolutely everything for the kitchen. Dishwasher was obviously never cleaned. Filled with putrid water that stunk the whole house up. Couldn't use after it was cleaned. Still stank. The thermostat could not go below 68. it was 80 outside. That is not low enough for me. Was told it would frost up. That means that it is either broken or sized wrong. that was a BIG one for me. The doors to the porch upstairs would not stay closed. Every day we came home the doors were wide open. one was missing a handle! Easy stuff to deal with if you have an owner who cares instead of just grabbing money in my eyes.
