The Lodge was newly constructed in 2024 and offers 4 bedrooms, including all 4 rooms with a queen bed and 2 rooms with 2 twin beds each. Each of the bedrooms has its own full bathroom complete with shower, and each bedroom has large windows offering beautiful views of the woods and lake. One bathroom is designed to be handicap accessible. The charming property features a full kitchen with full-size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc. There is a large island with seating for 6. Other amenities include heat, AC, WiFi, smart TV, living room seating for 8+, and a washing machine/dryer. There is a large outdoor patio area with fire pit and Adirondack style chairs for 8, and a grill. Escape to this clean and comfortable Northwoods retreat and experience all this new property has to offer.
The Lodge is located directly on Lake of the Pines, right next to the Flambeau River State Forest. There is trail access right next to the property and the Flambeau Forest Inn bar/restaurant is within walking and/or ATV distance, just down the trail. State camping sites and a public boat launch are on the northwest end of the lake. Connor's Lake is also within a mile, and offers a park with playground and large beach area with an extended shallow area that is great for the little ones. Both lakes offer great fishing opportunities for Musky, Walleye, Panfish and more along with opportunities for a wide variety of water recreation, including boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, tubing and ice fishing. The large amount of nearby public land and abundance of trails makes this a great base camp for hunting grouse, snowmobiling, or any other outdoor adventure. This property has a private dock (removed during winter) and possibility for pontoon boat rental (at additional cost).

Absolutely beautiful property, lodge and lake!We booked this property for a weekend for 4 couples.Each couple had their own bedroom with private bathroom. So nice!!The kitchen and living room are very spacious.Everything was great and as described.We rented the pontoon as well and really enjoyed fishing and just relaxing on the water.The owner was super helpful and patient answering my questions leading up to the stay.This is definitely a place we thought could be an annual get-together location!!

The Traeger smoker would not work and after 24 hours of trying to get a hold of someone they finally came and said oh yes that it was broken and they thought they had fixed it. We weren’t able to cook two of our planned meals the way we wanted them cooked. All the bedrooms have no drawers or closets so be prepared to live mostly off the floor. Also, be prepared to stand on the bed & pull the chain on the ceiling fans to shut the light off in the bedrooms as there are no bedside lamps .The bathrooms have no counter space so really only one person can be in there at a time. Would be handy to have a full length mirror in the bedroom so the ladies can do makeup/hair while the guys are using the bathroom. One bedroom had no remote but was found on our last day in the back of a drawer in another bedroom. Another bedroom the remote didn’t work as it needed a battery. Water pressure was terrible in one of the bedrooms so you could hardly wash the shampoo out of your hair. Kitchen could use a couple extra stools as if you have a party of 8 like ours only 6 could sit around the island to eat.The pontoon was nice to have but VERY TOUCHY to get started. But they tell you that. the main room is beautiful, the lake view is gorgeous, and the outdoor patio with firepit is very nice. Not really 100% complaining but more making suggestions to make it better. Just little things that are simple to do! I’m guessing it is more geared towards hunters to stay at?
