BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 2 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY (MODERATE): Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a 100% refund, 14 to 29 days before check-in for a 50% refund, and less than 14 days before check-in, no refund. Refunds are not issued for late arrivals, early departures, or weather, including hurricanes and named storms. We recommend optional travel insurance.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

The place was just like the pictures, the balcony had extra chairs which was great! I had a little one under the age of one. His feet were black from walking instantly so I called them to come clean/mop again. And they responded. The living room rug is very worn down, but I’m sure it is hard to keep clean with all the traffic. My biggest grip was the railing outside on the balcony. I could not let my little one walk on the balcony due to the railing not connecting to the building. There was a large gap that he could have fallen through. But again, that is only if you have little ones. Otherwise, great place!

Great condo! Decorated beautifully. Bedrooms a little small, but comfortable. Large balcony....table outside would have been nice. But, we enjoyed our stay very much!!

Overall the stay was good … the code didn’t work when check n so had to call Mgmt and had to give us a new code..Bigger issue is my grandson was on the deck and patio door got stuck locked and it took me 10 min to get unlocked. Called Property Mgmt to send maintenance out to assure that never happened again to us or someone’s next stay. Maintenance came out next day looked at it and said maybe if I wanted to buy some WD40 to spray on the lock. I told guy that’s your responsibility or owner as I wasn’t paying for it.. He basically just left so hope the next tenant doesn’t have the same issue…Overall the Condo was nice and a nice stay

Loved this condo. Right on the beach, great location, walking distance to shops. We had a great balcony, condo was very comfortable with great amenities.
