The third-floor master suite is a luxurious retreat, offering a king bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, a private balcony with enchanting views and a 65" TV. Additionally, on the second floor, the home accommodates more guests comfortably with a cozy third bedroom featuring a double and single bed, a fourth bedroom perfect for kids or smaller guests with two charming bunk beds comprising four single beds. Each room is designed to provide a peaceful and restful night's sleep. The second floor also boasts an open kitchen, dining and living area with a 85” TV with surround sound.

Really beautiful property. Guest comfort is important to the hosts and it shows. The only thing was (and this is likely due to the humidity), the AC would automatically go down to 70, no matter what setting we put it at (usually 74), so we were adjusting it every now and then, and using the provided blankets, but it’s a fantastic place to stay. Fishing was fun and successful for us. We would love to return. Thank you!

Great place to spend the weekend with my family. It was clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here. The boys had fun fishing from the pier and caught catfish, black drum, crabs and even a couple of stingrays. Nothing big but they enjoyed it. The hot tub wasn't working but the host communicated that right before check in and stated the part needed was being ordered.

Our stay was one of the best that we’ve experienced in Rockport! We go to Rockport every year as a family and this beautiful house was everything that we could ask for! Jim was extremely responsive and accommodating to our family and we are so grateful! This is one of the few properties that we’ve seen that has a fenced in yard, which was perfect for our pups.

Our family absolutely loved staying in this house and will definitely book again when we are back in the area. The house was beautiful, immaculately clean, well stocked and comfortable overall. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out and slept well in the comfortable beds. The host was welcoming, helpful and quick to respond to questions.
