Owner was excellent with communication. My son and I stayed there for the weekend and was impressed that n how close it was to everything. Great place that we will stay at again!

Easy street parking, great communication with host, easy check-in and everything accurately advertised. The bed was wonderful and the back patio was perfect for some afternoon reading and lounging. We ended up walking to and eating at our favorite Santa Cruz restaurant. Great location. Great stay.

We came to Santa Cruz to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary. The bungalow was perfect for us and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well after our days activities. Barbara responds quickly. It was in a very safe and nice location.
