Newly Renovated Luxury 4 Bedroom Villa only a 10 minute walk to Beach!
Welcome to our luxury 4 bed/ 4.5 bath villa, nestled in the quaint Water Oak community inside of Palmetto Dunes! Take a 10 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride to the shores of the Palmetto Dunes community beach. You can also go for a swim in the community pool located just steps from your front door! This property was renovated in 2024 with all new flooring, doors, wood trim, paint, furniture, and back patio. The kitchen and bathrooms are recently remodeled. A mud room with washer and dryer offer convenience when returning from a day of relaxation at the beach.
Minimum Renter Age is 25. No pets, parties or events.
Parking passes are acquired at the entry gate pass office. Pass fees are based on length of stay.
The community pool is closed seasonally from October 1st - March 31st.
Palmetto Dunes is centrally located and a short drive to all your favorite shops, restaurants, mini-golf, and more! The community has so much to offer including tennis, pickleball, 3 Championship golf courses, bike/kayak rentals, and great restaurants all within walking distance!

Top notch property and stay. For our group - this condo was perfect. Every bedroom had their own bathroom! This was very important. Also - every bedroom and living room had own thermostat. Have never felt so comfortable throughout a property. The separate entrance door by laundry and cubbies served us well after beach trips. Plenty of seating for our whole group at dining room table. Pool was close by and we loved how quiet the area was around the unit.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo on Hilton Head! The bedrooms were spacious, kitchen well stocked, and the space was overall modern, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. We took advantage of the patio dining table and grill almost every day, the view of the golf course was lovely. The quiet and shady pool is just steps away, and the beach about a 10 minute walk. We had the best time exploring the island on bikes that we rented from the outfitters within Palmetto Dunes. Our host gave clear guidance and was very quick to answer any questions we had. We’d definitely stay here again!
