Free Breakfast- 2 Types of Cereals, 2 Types of Milk, 2 Types of Juice (Orange and Apple), 2 Types of Fruit (Apple and Banana), White Bread & Wheat Bread, Strawberry Jam, Peanut Butter, Muffin, French fries or Chips. USD 100 damage deposit per stay is required on arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded 7 days after check-out, as long as there isn't any damage to the property. Pet fee - USD 25 per pet per night. There is a cleaning fee, maintenance fee, a contingency fee and an additional charge for each extra person at the property.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights while visiting New Braunfels to float the Comal River, and we had a great stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and plenty big enough for the two of us. Check-in was easy, and the location was perfect close to the river, restaurants, and everything else we wanted to do. It made getting around simple and stress-free. There is a pool however we didn't use it only because we were out all day. We'd definitely stay here again the next time we're in New Braunfels.

Manager was nice and helpful. Not fancy, but very clean and everything worked. Beds were fantastic.
