The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this charming 45 m² air-conditioned apartment with sea view for rent in Les Trois-Îlets, 80 m from the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The apartment comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) and TV
- A bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in Les Trois-Îlets, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be able to enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
We also offer the neighbouring property, Gran Arums, for rent.

If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.
