Unit was centrally located in downtown White Plains but trying to deal with the owner/manager was awkward. The contacts were to a business office so contacts were different we called. No answer in business office after hours? We had to contact VRBO for entrance info? The owner sent us required questions while on air travel? Why couldn't they have sent the info a day earlier so we had the required info to enter the unit. Overall, the unit was as described and clean. It would have been nice to have written instructions on operating the TV, some suggested local eateries, areas of interest? Also more info on the parking procedures and costs?
