Chácara Roteiro do Vinho has a great location in Canguera, São Roque-SP, a simple place where you and your family can enjoy a beautiful and spacious private pool. It has 1,200m² of fun, nature, simplicity and Wi-Fi. It accommodates up to 17 people. Located just 10km from Vinícola Goes and the entire wine route. The house is fully equipped with freezer, refrigerator, stove, regular and smoker barbecue, microwave, TV, blender and all kitchen utensils.
Space
The house is fully equipped with large and small pots, cutlery, glasses, and all kitchen utensils. The house features an integrated living room, bedroom, kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom.
In the lounge next to the pool, we have 2 more bathrooms.
In the games room we have a barbecue and game tables.
Only two of the bathrooms have hot showers.

The entire space is private for you and your guests.

Behind the Chácara Roteiro do Vinho there is a freight train line which at times may make noise from the train passing on the tracks or honking. Only Claro and Vivo mobile network operators have cell phone signal in the area. As described and shown in the photos, the living space is open-plan, with a bedroom, living room, and kitchen. Only two of the bathrooms have hot showers.
