This charming gulf front condo features 2 bedrooms with large picture windows providing beautiful beach views. The balcony has endless views of the beautiful white sand beach and turquoise gulf waters!!! The view is breathtaking! Watch the sunrise, enjoy your morning coffee and watch the dolphins play from your private balcony. The pool has a swim-through indoor pool and is heated October-April! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. You can choose to dine in or out at one of the nearby local restaurants. Inside the condo you will find a dining table and more seating at the kitchen bar. The balcony also has a table for outdoor/beachside dining while watching one of our famous Gulf Coast sunsets!

What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.
What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
The primary guest booking is required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement. Renter must be 25 or older, present at check-in, and staying in the unit. No refunds for reservations made under false pretenses.

The building itself is run down and the elevators smelled absolutely disgusting. It was like walking into bug spray every time the doors opened. The most enjoyable thing about the condo was the proximity to the beach. You can not beat walking right out onto the sand/water. The condo itself could use some updating. The front door was damaged and you could see the outside through the side of the door (yes, the host was contacted and I was told maintenance would look at it). Overall, it was a great location but the condo was not impressive. Talking to the host was VERY easy and they responded very quickly. The rooms were clean (minus the dust all over the fans) but again you are staying there for the location. Trying to get a parking pass was also difficult. When we arrived there was no one to get a pass from. We had to call multiple times and received a warning ticket before finally being able to find someone to purchase one.
