The centerpiece of this vacation oasis is the approximately 70 m² sun terrace, which is partially covered. With its variety of seating options, it invites you to relax, sunbathe, and socialize, and always offers a shady spot even on hot days. Through large French doors, you can step directly from the terrace area into the open-concept living and dining area with an adjoining, modern kitchen.
The apartment accommodates two people in a spacious double bedroom and a modern bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling shower. Upon request, an additional person can be accommodated on the sleeper sofa in the living area (for an extra charge). You’ll enjoy the magnificent ocean view from almost every room.
Just a few steps from your terrace, you’ll find the complex’s spacious communal pool with an adjacent restaurant, as well as direct access to the sea via additional stone terraces, which are also available to guests.
The excellent location leaves nothing to be desired: the sandy beaches of Paguera and the charming Cala Fornells cove are just a 5- to 10-minute walk away, as is Paguera’s lively promenade with its wide variety of shops and restaurants.

The town center and the beaches of Paguera are within easy walking distance and offer everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Along the promenade, you’ll find numerous shops, boutiques, restaurants, and cafés serving both international and local cuisine. You’ll also find many charming cafés and restaurants along the various beach promenades, offering views of the sea and the beach in front. Cala Fornells itself has a small cove with rather coarse gravel, which is also well-suited for swimming. There’s also space on the large stone terraces for sunbathing. A short walk through a small wooded area leads to additional beautiful gravel coves with wonderfully clear water.
