The Sand Villas is a private seaside complex comprising two independent villas: Rock Sand Villa on the ground floor and White Sand Villa on the upper floor. Set directly on the sandy shores overlooking the Mirabello Gulf in Agios Nikolaos, the two villas offer a relaxed and stylish retreat just a few steps from the beach. Each villa has its own private entrance and fully independent living spaces, while an internal staircase provides the option of connecting the two residences when booked together, creating one spacious seaside retreat for larger groups and families.


Spanning 300 square meters, the villa features five comfortable bedrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and two thoughtfully designed living rooms, offering generous space and convenience for guests.

-Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a wine cooler & indoor dining area adjacent to the living space, with a corner sofa and seating for up to 8 guests

-Bedroom 1: King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) that can be arranged as two single-size beds (0.90 m x 2.00m) upon request, 32" HDTV, a self-controlled A/C, a wardrobe, and access to the outdoor area.
-Bedroom 2: King-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), 32" HDTV, a self-controlled A/C, a wardrobe, and access to the outdoor area.
-Independent bathroom with shower & separate laundry room


Outdoor Area - Direct access from the living room
-Private, 60 sq. m. infinity swimming pool, 1.4 m deep with step access. The pool can be heated with an additional daily charge for the entire stay, and it requires at least one weeks advance notice.
-Poolside amenities including: 2 sunbeds, 2 poufs, poolside shower
-BBQ facilities with a gas grill
-Spacious outdoor dining area under a shaded pergola, seating up to 10 guests
-Outdoor lounge area with sofa and armchairs for up to 10 guests

White Sand Villa features a bohemian-inspired, tranquil design, with thoughtfully curated spaces that invite relaxation throughout. With a total area of 180 sq. m, White Sand Villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms.

-Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a wine cooler
-Indoor dining area for 6 & Guest half bathroom
-Bedroom 1: King-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), 42" Smart TV, a self-controlled A/C, a wardrobe, a Marshall Bluetooth speaker, balcony with sitting area, en-suite bathroom with shower and a clothes washer.


First Floor - Three bedrooms are located on this level:
-Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m) that can be arranged as two single-size beds (0.80 m x 2.00m) upon request, a 42" Smart TV, a self-controlled A/C, a wardrobe, balcony with sitting area, en-suite bathroom with shower
-Bedroom 3 (Master Bedroom): This master bedroom boasts a king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a 42" Smart TV, a self-controlled A/C, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom also features a bathtub in the room. Furthermore, this room opens to the private balcony with a mini corner pool and sitting area, offering a secluded haven for relaxation.

-Daily housekeeping from 11:00 am - 14:00.
-Personal on-site manager: A personal on-site manager is offered during your stay to ensure your holiday is as relaxing as possible.


**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
