This unit is has 2 bedrooms with large master with ocean view. Condo includes beach chair service. White sand beaches enjoy the many resort amenities or just relax in your luxury condo - Sunrise Beach has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation.

Our spectacular professionally decorated unit #2005 features breakfast bar, granite counter tops, top of the line appliances, fully furnished kitchen, spacious balcony, gulf-front Living area and Master bedroom.
Master bedroom has a king size bed with Smart TV and Blueray player. Master bathroom with soaker tub and separate glass shower.
The bunk room with queen size bunk and twin upper bunk can sleep three people and is close to second bathroom. This room also has LCD TV with DVD player.
This unit is directly on the beach!! and You will enjoy FREE BEACH SERVICES ($320 value).
Extremely clean and well maintained.
Parking is in the garage under the building. The parking fee of $40 per vehicle is not included in the price and the guest is responsible for paying the fee for each vehicle. There are two outdoor swimming pools and the bigger one is heated year-round. The children will enjoy the splash mushroom and fountains on the pool deck. If you like to exercise, you will love the fitness room
Panama City Beach has lots of good restaurants and Sunrise Beach is only a mile from the new Pier Park with shopping, movie theaters, restaurants and more.

We were blown away with how clean and well taken care of the condo was. Everything was great, communication with the host was smooth and fast responding. The view from the balcony was top tier. We’ll be back :) thank yall so much!

Our stay in this condo was wonderful. Very clean, nice furnishings, fully stocked kitchen. Bed was comfortable. The support staff were very prompt with answering any questions we had. The unit included beach chairs and umbrella on the beach which we really enjoyed. It is nice to have to rent them separately each day. Easy walk to several restaurants. 10 out of 10 for the condo. The building has 24 floors with 4 elevators, so at certain times of the day, or when one is not working, you may wait a bit on the elevators. There are two pools and two hot tubs, shad areas and a few umbrellas and other shad awnings on the pool deck. Then canteen area with a few food items and drinks as well. We have stayed a couple times now, great place.

The view was beautiful love the patio. The cleaning good be so much better don’t get me wrong wasn’t dirty but underneath the bed couch and dresser so dusty and food in the kitchen drawer just needs a good deep clean
