This was the perfect rental for our family reunion!

Everything in this beautiful home,in a beautiful location, was very clean, well stocked and the communication was good with the owner. I do have to give the “property representation” a lower score for two reasons. First, the sofa bed in the garage playroom is not in good enough condition for a guest to sleep in. We were counting on the bed for the supposed two it would accommodate. It really isn’t fit for one. Secondly, with great enthusiasm and expectations of an evening of fun, we bought s’mores for the advertised fire pit. However, we discovered just before arriving, it’s use was prohibited for use due to Oregon restrictions. I believe if summer use of the pit is restricted, it should be included in the property description. We would stay here again. It is a lovely property and was a great location just outside of Grants Pass.

We had a wonderful vacation with our family. The house is beautiful and well stocked, we cook a lot! It was very central and we explored Crater Lake and the northern California red woods!

Great property! Great river views great clean hot tub. Be aware you are close to the neighbors, sharing yards but otherwise it’s a non factor and I’d happily stay here again!
