The multi-levels of this townhome offer space for guests to relax together, or enjoy some privacy. The private garage and driveway provides parking for up to 2 vehicles and a secure spot if you brought bikes and extra beach gear.

The property itself was nice. There were superficial flaws with the property, such as a couple of cabinets missing paint, and other cosmetic blemishes, but nothing major. It was still a very nice condo, with great amenities. Totally recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Quick walk to the beach and close enough to Destin Commons and the Boardwalk.Layout: 3 floors, (put my 79 year old mom on the bottom bunk so she would remain on the main floor with all activity but it worked out well). Few notes: the dryer is loud. Sounds like something clanking around when in use, no matter what you put in it, so don’t use it at night when folks are trying to sleep. The area is clean, low key, felt safe. I really appreciated that. It was more laid back than touristy. Side note on Pets - For future guests, it says pet friendly but when I mentioned we were bringing pets, they said it’s frowned upon, but not against the rules. We didn’t bring them although it was one of the main reasons I booked there.

Everything was what we expected and then some. We were literally across the street from the beach. It was a great experience. Besides some laminate falling off in the kitchen and downstairs bedroom all went well. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Disappointed that we didn’t have a shower available when leaving the beach. We had to go around to the back patio to use the water hose to wash off the sand. I thought it was one floor condo not a 3 floor townhouse. We have disabled persons in our family. The king bed upstairs collapsed during the last nights stay. The only positive is the a/c works well, beds slept okay & we had plenty of room & the WiFi was awesome. We took this as a last resort when needing a pet friendly place to stay. This place would be great for two young families that don’t mind stairs.
