This two bedroom, two bath villa is located on the third floor and the deck overlooks the ocean, marsh, and lagoon with fountain. A truly spectacular view! This villa is located in building one which is the closest building to the boardwalk to the beach. It also has the largest outdoor pool and poolside deli/bar with convenience store. This villa is located just steps from the resort's private boardwalk to the beach.

The newly updated living area has a new flat screen television with cable tv and a queen-size sleeper sofa making this villa sleep six comfortably.

Newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, dishes, pots and pans, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, blender, microwave, dishwasher, and all other kitchen necessities. Just bring the food!

The spacious master bedroom has a queen-size bed, new flat screen cable television, and ceiling fan for your comfort. There is also a private bath with tub and shower.

The second bedroom has two twin beds and brand new tv with cable. Bath with walk-in shower is just outside the door.

And last but not least our beautiful beach! There is a private boardwalk over a scenic saltwater marsh abundant with wildlife including herons and egrets. At the beach you will find Coco's, the resort’s private cabana, with food, drinks and restrooms. No roads to cross and just a six minute walk or ride the free shuttle across our boardwalk to one of the last private beaches on the island. Our beach is not a public beach!

This centrally located resort is a 24 hour gated community convenient to golf, bike paths, shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, and of course our beautiful beach. The resort is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones Ocean Course at Palmetto Dunes.

Bike Rental is now available on site at building two. Just hop on a trail right at the resort and ride all over the island!

Laundry facilities are located on every other floor near the elevators. The washers/dryers accept credit cards.

There are picnic tables and grills, private sun deck, volleyball at the beach, a poolside convenience store and deli/bar, two outdoor pools, one indoor heated pool with kiddie pool, indoor hot tub, indoor jogging track, sauna, exercise room, six lighted tennis courts (just bring your rackets and tennis balls!), elevators and free parking. Plus all of the amenities are free to guests making this the best vacation value on Hilton Head Island!
