Located in the Hotel Zone of Cancun, Macarena Residence (House Nº 15) is a lovely vacation retreat with access to the beach of the Caribbean Ocean facing Women’s Island.
This fantastic Residence has been recently renovated with many new upgrades.
The condominium is situated on the beach, and from the house you have partial view to the Caribbean Sea.You are about 5 to 10 minutes away to the major area such as shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainments in the hotel zone, or from down town area by bus or taxi.
Inside the Residence, you will enjoy a stylish décor, comfortable furnishings, attractive bedrooms in suites and high hand amenities to make your vacation a perfect getaway.

Host was very easy to communicate with and the property was in good condition. We felt safe and relaxed in the gated community.There was a lot of sargassum on the beach, but much less if you walked to the right for ten minutes. Our small children swam there nightly. They loved the pool and being able to walk the path to Go Mart for popsicles and treats.We enjoyed meals at Cocos and Grill on the beach snd even more so at Las Hijas on the lagoon.Excellent vacation for all of us!

We felt at home. House is big and located in a convenient spot. Very clean and has everything tou need. We would definitely stay there again.

Beach was filthy and never raked.Our garden view was the tennis court, not ocean/beach as the picture in the listing states.There was no dishwasher.There was only a tiny bar sink for washing dishes, jammed in the corner of the kitchen.No kitchen towels, only bathroom hand towels for drying anything.TVs didn't work with the remotes that were placed in each room. The owner gave us a hard time about our requests to have it corrected.No one met us at check-in as he stated they would.The door was unlocked and ajar when we arrived.We had to have maintenance come over to show us how to light the oven because the auto lighting did not work.The light above the oven was not working. The light switches were very confusing. Labeling what they turn on could be helpful.The listing said the unit was fully renovated. This unit has not been fully renovated but his other listing has been.The pool area had broken chairs, was not clean or welcoming.
