Welcome to your dream beach retreat in the heart of Mission Beach, San Diego! This stunning home offers the perfect combination of comfort, style, and proximity to all the coastal attractions you desire.

The spacious living room boasts plenty of seating, including a cozy couch sleeper for extra guests. Relax and unwind as you take in the breathtaking ocean view from the comfort of our home.
With three bedrooms, this home offers plenty of space for everyone. The downstairs bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, providing convenience and privacy. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms. One is furnished with a queen bed, while the other features a bunk bed (twin up top and full below), perfect for accommodating up to 10 guests.
The large deck is an ideal spot for sunbathing, entertaining, or simply enjoying the cool ocean breeze. The expansive driveway and one extra garage space provides ample parking space, a rarity in Mission Beach.
Location is everything, and this home does not disappoint. Just steps away from the beach, you can easily spend your days basking in the sun, building sandcastles, or taking a refreshing dip in the Pacific Ocean. The host is fantastic, and the location can't be beat. But the place is very old, dated, and dirty. I believe the kitchen has been remodeled and is well stocked, but the rest of the house is in very poor condition.
