Great home in a great location. We came to Arizona for baseball spring training games and this home was close to many of the baseball complexes. April was great to work with and very responsive. Pool was nice but March was a little too soon to be able to use.

One of the best stays I’ve had super easy to get in contact with and a very nice property

As previously stated, we certainly did not get the bang for our buck. Here some of the issue.
1. The picture showing the back yard pool showed that the water appeared to be dark in color. Although the water may have been maintained by an outside source. The side walls and bottom of the pool were black in color and looked like that they had not been cleaned in years.
sent and photo to confirm my point.
2. Since two in our party were an average age of eighty. The two bath rooms were an accident waiting to happen since they did not meet minimum handicap requirement by code.
3. There were two TV’s one in the living room and one in the master bed room. The living room tv was user friendly but the master bedroom tv was not.
4. Neighborhood was ok but was unacceptable w/r to the rental rate .
