Perfect location. Out of the chaos of Gatlinburg, but still close enough to the national park and plenty of restaurant choices. It felt like you were staying out in the woods, but yet close enough to pigeon Forge for everything you needed.

We had a great time! Tom was great and let us check in early. The bathrooms weren’t super clean but were decent. The beds seemed more like Queen. Check out instructions stated to vacuum but no vacuum available. Hot tub was good but not very warm. Vents and ceilings were dusty and there were some cobwebs. For a pet friendly listing there was very little yard to accommodate potty time. If multiple people are staying i recommend some showering at night and some in morning -as we ran out of hot water multiple times with 2 showering back to back. Overall a decent stay but felt like price was high and with expectations of cleaning which we did I felt like the cleaning fees plus additional 140 for pet was excessive but I do understand some do not clean up after their furry companions. We bring blankets and stuff to make sure we keep any trace of pets to minimum.
