Royal Palms is located next to Gulf State Park & the Fishing Pier, which means this stretch of beach is typically less crowded than many other areas of Gulf Shores. You can also walk to the pier and you’re close to all the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach dining, shopping, and attractions.
SMOKE-FREE BUILDING:
🏖️ No smoking in the unit or on the balcony.
🏖️ Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area located on the ground floor.
HOUSE RULES:
🏖️ Must be 25 or older to reserve (per association rules and regulations).
🏖️ No pets (per association rules and regulations).
🏖️ 30-day cancellation policy.
🏖️ Check-in: 4:00 PM
🏖️ Check-out: 10:00 AM

Host was great, the unit was definitely older and lacked some of the more modern touches many Vrbos are offering. View was amazing and overall we had a really nice time.

The condo was perfect. Looks updated with everything needed. The host was very attentive although we didn’t need anything. Will be staying there again. ;)

The exterior was ok, needed a little cleaning, pool was green from algae until Wednesday so didn’t uses the outside pool. The unit was dated, not clean. Prior guests plates and napkins under the bed. Unit was outdated and needed a deep clean. Balcony overlooking the beach was nice. The location was great, quiet end of the beach. Probably would not return.
