The house was very clean and spacious, and our family had a great time. The numerous balconies and roof deck were really nice. It is a very short walk to the beach. Brian is a gracious host.Note that the pool is not heated, but can be for a fee.

We recently rented this house in New Jersey, and unfortunately, my experience was not what I had hoped for. While the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking and we liked the location, there were several issues that significantly impacted our stay. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the house left a lot to be desired—it simply wasn't up to standard. Additionally, the garage was cluttered, which made it impossible to use.The beds were uncomfortable, leading to poor sleep quality throughout our stay. We also encountered hot and cold water issues and zone heating problems, which added to our frustration. While the owner was friendly and eager to help, he seemed overly concerned about noise and his neighbors, which felt excessive given that we were there in January when the area was quite quiet. The furnishings and decor felt dated, which contributed to an overall impression that the house could use some updates. Unfortunately, during our stay, a golf club fell and cracked a side table. We owned up to the damage, but upon our early departure due to a family emergency, the owner attempted to pin other existing damage on us, which felt dishonest and unfair.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this property based on my experience and, unfortunately, I wouldn’t consider returning.
