The unique bunk room is perfect for kids, equipped with four twin beds, and there's a queen sleeper sofa available for additional guests.

The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. There is parking for a max of 4 vehicles (2 in garage, 2 in driveway in front of garage; no parking on neighborhood streets). STR License #018956.

You couldn't find a better location! Easy access to the resort and parking. It was close to town yet it felt secluded. It was the perfect place to retreat to after a day
On the slopes. The hot tub had a perfect view of the mountain and was steps away from the back door. The house had tons of towels and laundry machines large enough for bulky clothing. The kitchen had the basics but if you plan to really cook, you might want to bring along your favorite utensils. The beds were okay for a night or two but a little too firm for our liking. The floors were heated and so was the garage. That was an awesome bonus. However, the garage was full of grit and dirt and we tracked it in with us when we removed out boots. A clean garage floor would have helped us keep the floor clean. Over all, we hope to return and had a blast! Thank you for a great place to stay!

The accommodations were well appointed and the location was excellent. We loved the ability to take the free Lift shuttle to areas surrounding Winter Park Resort. It should be noted that in order to use the shuttle from the Lakota neighborhood, you must call and request a pick up. We also noticed black mold growing in the ceiling of the master bedroom shower. Other than that, we were very happy with the home we stayed in. We also enjoyed the use of the hot tub.
