The location is incredible, I don't think you could find a better location if you're looking to do the touristy stuff. All the major attractions are within walking distance. The apartment space is very large, thick walls and lots of marble, even nicer than the photos! The AC units may work better in some rooms than others, but overall the space was a great retreat from the busy streets of Rome.

The apartment has a great location with restaurants and small grocery stores near by. The apartment was clean. Host was very good with communication. Beds were good. A/C was so nice to have. The kitchen is small (typical for Europe). Host left milk, coffee and sweet cakes as a gift. Only issue was the one bathroom shower was difficult to control the temperature of the water.

This apartment was in a great location close to metro, shopping and dining. It was large and spacious. The kitchen is small but was fine for us because we didn’t cook any meals. There is a washing machine on the terrace and clothes racks to dry the clothes. We ended up not washing anything though so can’t comment any further. Marco, the host, was easy to work with for our stay. He met us at the apartment and explained everything to us.

First off, this place is in a fantastic location. Close to Spanish steps, high end shopping, and great eating places. Lots of room and a great space. Front room doesn't have a bathroom of it's own and the person staying in there needs to go through one of the other bedrooms to use one. Minor inconvenience as long as you understand that going in. Something else to know is that the street below can be really noisy around 4 or 5 am when the garbage collection starts. Not a fault of the owners or this place, just something to be aware of. The place has some definite issues that need consideration. First of all, lots of mold and mildew in the bathrooms. Kind of gross and something that could be easily managed if it was cleaned properly every checkout. Next, electrical issues. There were two outlets that were not attached to the walls correctly and had wires sticking out of them. BIG safety issue. There were also a couple of other outlets that did not work at all. The biggest complaint was the utter lack of hot water pressure. It was a dribble at best. Cold water pressure wasn't an issue. We've stayed in plenty of other VRBOs in Europe and never had a problem with hot water pressure.
