The Villa located in the hills away from noises, with private swimming pool and salt water (Himalayan Salt) is on 2 first floors, sleeping area consisting of 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a veranda with sea view, ground floor with kitchen and pantry, dining room and 'saloon with greenhouse, toilet, closet, and laundry with bathtub. all surrounded by a beautiful garden with lawn and several terraces where you can relax, cottage on the tree. from the property you can 'admire a beautiful mountain.

This is a true gem in Capaci. The pictures on the website do not do it justice- contemporary design, very comfortable common spaces, absolutely beautiful property that was the perfect base for our week in Sicily. The pool was spectacular. Host was extremely helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this place, and I will be staying there again on my next trip to Sicily.

The place is great!! We were there for 3 nights, everyone had a great time! The view is worth a million dollars. Downside is that the forth bedroom does not have AC, the house has a steep entrance and there is not enough trash cans around the house. The host recommended a taxi driver but he took advantage of us and changed us double and would not takes us to the correct address requested he would leave us where is was convenient for him. DO NOT USE Nino, Get your own transportation.

This was a fantastic stay that my entire family loved. The home is gorgeous, plenty of room for the 8 of us, great pool, and a good walk into town. The views are wonderful, and the place is serene. I highly recommend.

The house was beautiful and very well appointed. It was very close to the airport and central to all of our day-trip destinations (terrasini, Palermo, and Cefalu).
