Caterina is a superb host. Anything that was faulty was replaced the next day. Nothing was too much for them. The property was great and the grounds were superb. Fresh fruit from the trees. The location is a 10 minute walk from supermarkets, restaurants, superb beach and lots more. There are 3 levels with a kitchen on 2 levels, which is very handy. Pool is big and nice and lots of seating areas. Hire a car as there are so many places not far away to see. Would recommend this villa highly. Thanks Caterina and the family for making our trip so special.

The house was perfect for our group. Great location close to the beach. The garden and pool area were fantastic and we made great use of the fruit trees and herbs. Caterina was fantastic, great at communicating and left a wonderful cake for us one night. Would definitely recommend

We stayed for a week around the Mallorca 312. A great location and beautiful place to stay. Our host was able to give great advice on where to eat and recommendations. We will be coming back.

This is a fantastic villa with really friendly hosts. The pictures do not do it justice, inside their is loads of communal spaces, the 4 bedrooms are lovely and with a bonus 5th bedroom on the top floor with bunk beds.
Outside the pool is a amazing and there are loads of pool toys and beach stuff for the kids.
It's only a short walk down to the beach and restaurants.
