This peaceful 200m2 house with swimming pool offers a relaxing stay for the whole family.
It has a vaulted cellar transformed into a play area and large living rooms.
Located in Mantry in the heart of the Jura vineyards, near Château-Chalon, Baume-les-Messieurs and Arbois, it offers many tourist and leisure activities on various themes: hiking, swimming in lakes and rivers, visits to grandiose natural and historical sites, discovery of Jura and Comté wines.
On the first floor:
Large living room comprising the entrance hall, the fitted kitchen, the living room, the WC and the dining room with a wood burner and access through a glass door to the vaulted stone cellar converted into a games room with table football, air hockey, darts and elliptical trainer.
On the 1st floor:
1 master suite of 21m2 with 1 double bed, 1 travel cot (with mattress), a dressing room and a bathroom with a shower.
1 large bedroom of 14.5 m2 with 1 double bed and 1 travel cot (with mattress) and a wall cupboard
1 large bedroom of 18 m2 with 1 double bed, 2 pull-out single beds and a wall cupboard
1 bedroom of 11 m2 with 1 double bed and a wall cupboard
1 bathroom with bathtub and changing table.
1 independent toilet.
A fenced exterior of 1100m2:
Terrace of 80m² in front of the house with a table and chairs.
8m x 4m swimming pool with a dome (depending on the year and the weather thanks to the dome it is possible to swim from March to October), terrace of 120m² around the pool with deckchairs.

A quiet and nice location, very clean, well equipped, with a private swimming pool. The host was very friendly and service minded. Easy check in and check out. Please note that you are in need of a car at this location.
