À propos de cette location de vacances
This elegant apartment is on the second floor of an 18th-century palace. It is located on Via del Parione, a very quiet street that runs parallel to the Arno River and leads to Piazza S. Trinita and Via Tornabuoni, known as the “fashion street.” Its central location and cozy atmosphere make this apartment truly special.
It is situated right in the heart of the historic city center, and all of Florence’s major attractions are within walking distance, such as the famous Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, Piazza della Repubblica, and Piazza della Signoria. It’s a great location, as it’s also just a 10-minute walk from the central train station.
The apartment has just been completely renovated and consists of an entryway, a dining room, a small kitchen with a window, a large living room, a spacious master bedroom, another bedroom with a double bed, and a spacious bathroom with a shower.
The living room is furnished with new custom-made furniture and antique pieces that belong to the owner’s family. The mattresses in the bedrooms are “made in Italy” and made of memory foam.
The apartment has heating, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.
